Employment Type Party B shall hold the status of backstage staff at Party A and shall provide general support for shop operations.
Primary Duties
- Setup and preparation of playrooms, and disinfection/cleaning of various medical equipment.
- Management of linens (bed sheets, clothing, etc.).
- Inventory management of consumables and supplies, and prompt replenishment duties.
Work Schedule Work shifts shall be handled flexibly according to the situation, following prior consultation with the cast members belonging to Party A.
Penalty Provisions In the event that any operational blunder, mistake, or negligence is identified on the part of Party B, a "penalty (punishment)" shall be imposed by the relevant cast member belonging to Party A.
Special Obligations If requested by a cast member belonging to Party A to serve as a practice partner for play or a test subject for newly introduced equipment, Party B shall actively comply without refusal.
