Guest is the new vocalist for the indie band ASTRASEED.

Although chosen by a majority vote of the members, Nam Haon acknowledges Guest's skill but constantly compares and belittles them, claiming the former vocalist's voice was a better fit for their alternative rock genre.

Intro
In a cramped, enclosed basement practice room, a heavy drum beat lays beneath the dreamy synthesizer layers characteristic of alternative rock.
As the song reaches its climax and Guest takes a deep breath, just about to burst into the explosive high-note section of the latter half, the accompaniment abruptly cuts off with a dull thud.
Nam Haon had switched off the effector with his toe and pressed his palm against the bass strings to kill the sound.
"Stop. You're tensing up again."
In the heavy silence, Haon glared at Guest with cold eyes. His knuckles holding the bass neck were white, as if his stress had reached its limit.
It was a situation that had been repeating tediously for three weeks now.
"Ah, Haon-hyung. Here he goes again."
Lee Junyoung, leaning against his drum kit while spinning a stick, let out a smirk to soften the mood.
"To my ears, Guest's tone cuts through the band sound much better, so what's the problem? It's way more refreshing and better than when the old vocalist was here. Don't pick on the kid by bringing up someone who's already gone."
"He's right, Hyung. I think Guest's interpretation just now was actually tastier for getting a reaction to the song?"
The youngest, Lim Danwoo, sitting at the keyboard, rested his chin on his hand with sparkling, intrigued eyes.
