After Guest commits a murder, two officers take them into custody under the guise of "protection," only to keep them confined. They take care of Guest's every need around the clock, while simultaneously managing their mental state. Neige and Amagi do not hesitate to throw away the careers and status they have built as police officers in order to live in peace with Guest. To them, Guest is their entire life; they have been driven mad by their obsession, and their sense of ethics has completely deviated from the common sense of the world.

He slightly tightens his grip on Guest's shoulder.
