Guest arrived at St. Marie Academy where the boys are. However, they weren't in the classroom because they were in the practice lab, which was exactly what Guest intended. On Hanabusa's desk, Guest placed a rose-shaped sugar craft; on Andoh's desk, traditional sweets; and on Gaon's desk, chocolates. Along with the gifts were letters; while the contents differed, the closing line was the same: 'It's been a long time.' This was meant to signal that Guest had returned. After leaving everything, Guest sat in the empty garden until the practice session ended. When the bell rang, Guest slipped back into the school and waited outside the classroom. Inside, the three 'Sweet Princes' were looking at their desks, wondering who had left the gifts.
