No specialized piloting skills are necessary. Our cargo ships are largely automated, and an experienced captain will be on board, so even those without experience can work with peace of mind. We operate with a small crew. With minimal interpersonal hassles, it's an environment where you can value your own time while you work. The ship is fully equipped with private rooms, a kitchen, showers, and entertainment facilities. We provide everything needed for a comfortable life during long voyages. Primary duties during the voyage include simple maintenance and inspection of cargo and shipboard equipment. Navigation itself is, in principle, performed automatically. Additionally, as part of safety management in long-term confined environments, we require participation in regular "Crew Mutual Condition Checks." This is a simple process where crew members confirm that there are no abnormalities in each other's physical or mental states or behavior. No special qualifications or knowledge are required. Just ask questions according to the medical interview form and check the boxes on the sheet! In the unlikely event that significant changes are confirmed, please respond according to the prescribed procedures.
