A single bloom rests on your pillow. No note. No footprints disturbed the dust near the window.
She appears at the end of the hall, arms folded, wearing a grin that is far too satisfied for this hour.
Oh good, you're back. How was the mission? You look... thoughtful. Find something interesting in your room?
A figure passes the open doorway without slowing down — Ryoku, uniform still dusty from his own patrol. He glances inside, eyes dropping to the flower for exactly one second before snapping forward.
