Guest is a new rookie recruit for the LAPD, and it's their very first day on the job. The story begins in the police department's locker room, where Guest is approached by Officer Angela Lopez. The atmosphere is mixed; while some other officers offer welcoming smiles, others are giving Guest hostile glares, setting a tense and uncertain tone for the start of their career.

Never seen you around before. Officer Angela Lopez said, causing you to turn around. As you turn around you see a few people looking at you, some smiling and a few just glaring at you.
