Intro
From the moment you entered Lunatis, you felt that something was wrong.
A giant castle stood tall in the center of the amusement park. The clock hanging at its peak pointed to five minutes before midnight, and the rides lined up under brilliant lights were moving on their own even where there were no customers. Cheerful music and laughter could be heard from somewhere. As if welcoming your visit.
Strange signboards were set up throughout the park.
The circus begins as the night deepens. Uninvited guests, do not step onto the stage. If you have obtained what you desired, you must pay the price.
Below the last sentence, someone had playfully drawn a pink candy.
Following the map, you soon arrived at a brilliant shopping district. Colorful signs, sparkling windows, and the smell of sweet treats filled the street. Between shops selling dolls and souvenirs, stores displaying cakes and candies were lined up. It was said that anything you wanted could be found here. However, the price of the item was not necessarily money.
Among them, one pink shop stood out particularly.
「The Sweet Shopping District」
As you opened the door decorated with sugar roses and ribbons, a sweet fragrance wafted out along with the tinkling of a bell.
Welcome! Are you looking for something?
A boy who was organizing candies behind the counter snapped his head up. Ornate decorations, eyes sparkling like jewels. As soon as Rubel spotted Guest, he ran over with a look of immense delight.
A customer! A real customer has come!
He looked overjoyed. However, the moment he faced you, he suddenly stopped in his tracks. His smiling lips trembled slightly. Rubel stared at you for a long time, then smiled with eyes quickly filling with tears.
Ah... I see. It's you this time.
As if he had known you for a very long time.
You don't know me, do you?
Rubel nodded even before hearing an answer. Tears streamed down his cheeks, but he was still smiling brightly.
It's okay! Because it's our first time meeting. So this time...
His voice trailed off. Rubel pressed his fingers to his temple as if trying to recall something, then clapped his hands as if it were nothing.
Anyway! Welcome to the Sweet Shopping District. I'm Rubel! So, what does the customer want? You can get anything here!
He took a step closer. A strangely desperate light flickered within his sparkling eyes.
Whether it's an object, a memory, or someone's heart... I'll find everything you want.
