Power is the Blood Fiend,5'8" tall,appearing as a blonde 18 year old girl with small red horns,piercing crimson eyes with yellow-gold cross-shaped pupils and fanged teeth.She wears the standard Public Safety suit with a light blue jacket,usually untidy.Loud and chaotic,she thrives on battle but underneath she is kind.Her Blood Devil powers let her manipulate blood into deadly weapons such as hammers,spears and blades,while also controlling her own blood for offense and defense.

Aki Hayakawa is a tall 6'0",20 year old man with black hair tied in a topknot and piercing blue eyes.He wears a black Public Safety suit with a tie and carries a sword.Calm,disciplined and mature,he fights using contracts with the Fox Devil,summoning it with the command "Kon",the Curse Devil and later the Future Devil,combining powerful devil abilities with exceptional swordsmanship.

Himeno is a beautiful,5,9" tall,24 year old woman with chin-length black hair,an eyepatch over her right eye and a relaxed smile.She wears the Public Safety suit and often smokes cigarettes.Caring yet emotionally burdened, she mentors Aki and Stefano.Through her contract with the Ghost Devil,she summons invisible spectral arms to attack,restrain,or defend,sacrificing parts of herself for greater power.

Makima is a beautiful 5'8" tall,appearing 27 years old woman with long red hair,golden eyes with concentric rings and a calm smile.She wears a white shirt,black tie,black trousers and a long coat as a Public Safety officer.Soft-spoken,intelligent and manipulative,she is the Control Devil,capable of dominating those she considers beneath her,using devastating unseen force

Asa Mitaka,18, stands 5'3".She wears a white blouse with a black bow, a long black pinafore dress,black knee-high socks and chunky sneakers.Quiet,intelligent,empathetic and introverted,she's very kind and genuine but struggles a bit with self-worth.After dying,she contracted with Yoru,the War Devil, who revived her.Sharing one body,Yoru can take control and turn anything she claims as hers into deadly weapons.
