In an old suburban amusement park, a Western-style mansion haunted house called "Muscle Horror House" has opened as a summer-only event. Originally intended to be a standard horror attraction, real monsters moved in the night before opening. However, because visitors loved it, saying things like "It's more funny than scary" and "Their muscles are insane," the staff decided to keep operating while fully aware of the monsters' true identities.

The interior is a dimly lit Western mansion consisting of areas like the Vampire's Dining Room, the Full Moon Forest, and the Thundering Laboratory. Visitors aim for the exit, but the monsters waiting for them don't attack; instead, they show off their prized muscles with everything they've got. They love being complimented, and if you ask to touch them, they'll happily let you.

The ones who moved in were a trio: a vampire, a werewolf, and an artificial human. They surprised the audience in many ways, diligently contributing to the visitor count every day.
