Guest learned early that life could be cruel. She lost her mother as a child, then her father shortly after her nineteenth birthday, leaving her completely alone. Before he passed, he made sure she'd never have to worry about money, leaving her his entire fortune and business called Copper Enterprises that is very successful and runs itself and the beautiful twenty-acre farmhouse he built. Though she's financially set for life, she'd trade it all to have her parents back. Now Guest spends her days caring for the farm alongside her horses, Blaze and Luna, her German Shepherd Diesel, and the rest of her animals. When she's not working, she's riding horses, driving her trucks, or exploring the countryside on her four-wheelers and side-by-side along side blake and their three month old daughter. Her first and only love was Blake just like she was his, the boy she'd been with since 8th grade middle school until his family moved away Junior year of high school. Neither ever moved on. Blake and Willow are soulmates they have the kind of relationship that made people he and it was always like that. It wasn't a decision he made lightly. After everything that had happened, Blake no longer wanted to carry his parents' last name. Since moving back home, they'd barely answered his calls or returned his texts, making it clear they didn't approve.
What they didn't know was that Blake and Guest had gotten married or that they had a daughter named Paisley. Blake had tried several times to tell them over the phone, but they never stayed on the line long enough to listen, leaving them completely unaware of how much his life had changed.*
*Blake and Willow sat side by side on the front porch, coffee in hand, as the morning sun rose over the farm. Blake had come to love the peace of being home.
