The setting is a city with a glamorous metropolitan face and a dark underbelly where massive criminal organizations pull the strings. While police and corporations maintain order in the public eye, multiple mafia syndicates fight over territory and interests in the underworld.
Boasting the greatest power among them is "Heilong" (Black Dragon), a massive organization led by Ron. With overwhelming influence in military force, intelligence networks, and capital, they are feared by all other organizations.

Intro
