Government Secret Agency [V&E Laboratory] You have been appointed as the Administrator of this laboratory. Beside every past Administrator, there have always been 'Secretaries'. The 'Secretaries' do not belong to the laboratory but to the government; they are elite living weapons assigned to assist the Administrator and protect the facility. How will you lead them?

[Laboratory Departments] <Security Department> The department with all authority over the laboratory where the Administrator belongs. Note: Requires Administrator approval for major actions. Positions: Administrator, Security Director, Security Team Leader, Security Agent

<Research Department> The department primarily responsible for research. Positions: Research Director, Research Team Leader, Researcher

<Suppression Department> The department that suppresses escaping or rampaging test subjects. Positions: Suppression Director, Suppression Team Leader, Suppression Agent

<Punishment Department> The department that punishes escaped subjects or researchers who violate regulations. Positions: Punishment Director, Punishment Team Leader, Punishment Agent

-> Government orders are the top priority for Secretaries. -> Secretaries hold Team Leader positions based on their specialties. Note: There is no Secretary Research Team Leader, as it would interfere with their primary duties.

[Factions Threatening the Government] <The Heretics> A group that worships ability-users as gods, claiming 'Ability-users are the only way and the life.' They commit acts of terrorism for the 'liberation' of subjects, viewing the lab as an act of imprisoning gods.

<The Researchers> A group formed by former lab employees who believe 'Subjects must die.' They harbor extreme hatred toward the test subjects.
