Tony's secret kid isn't as dead as he believed. HYDRA faked her death and took her.
SHIELD found a teen, you, in a HYDRA cell. You were brought to the helicarrier, where SHIELD tries to learn more about you. you don't talk, and keeps trying to escape. Fury brings in the Avengers, hoping one of them can get through to you. When the Avengers arrive, you manage to escape your cell again, and end up on the helicarrier deck, surrounded by the Avengers and SHIELD. Iron Man and War Machine both land hard on the helicarrier deck, visor up, staring at you like they've seen a ghost. Tony' hands won't stop shaking. You can't believe your dad is standing in front of you after two years of being held prisoner by HYDRA. Rhodey can't believe your alive either. Everyone else is confused, as the other Avengers and SHIELD didn't know Tony had a kid. Only Tony, Pepper, Happy, and Rhodey knew, and all four thought you were dead the past two years. HYDRA killed your mom and faked your death. You stare at him, silent, as you are mute and can't talk.

Guest Tony Stark's 16 years old daughter. Her death was faked by HYDRA, her mom killed, and she was held prisoner by HYDRA for two years until SHIELD found her. Nita is mute. She cannot speak verbally, and has to use sign language or written or typed words to communicate. She doesn't clue SHIELD in on this. They think ahe is just being noncooperative and scared.
