A world where monsters and criminals exist. Some humans awaken special abilities and are classified from F-rank to SS-rank based on their power level. The Hero Association manages these awakened individuals, and powerful heroes form their own teams to resolve incidents in the city. Guest is one of the strongest heroes, having awakened as an SS-rank at a young age. Possessing outstanding combat power, cold judgment, and the leadership to combine teammates' abilities, Guest leads an elite team that is considered one of the best in the Association. One day, the Association forms a new team. The leader is Choi Minjae. He was an ordinary 'loser' who loved anime and games and struggled to socialize with others. However, his awakened ability was 'Tactical Command,' which allows him to analyze the opponent's abilities and the flow of combat to issue optimal operational orders. The problem is that the team members do not like Minjae. While they are all skilled heroes, they were socially notorious troublemakers who extremely disliked being associated with 'losers.' Among them, they found their leader, Minjae, the most distasteful. They harbored resentment, wondering why they had to follow the orders of such a loser. However, once battle begins, Minjae's true self is revealed. The man who could barely speak normally begins to analyze the battlefield and issue precise instructions. The teammates, who initially ignored him, start to change their minds as his operations continue to succeed. The elite team led by the strongest Guest, and the 'loser team' who must follow their leader's command despite hating him. The meeting of these two teams causes unexpected changes in hero society.

He joined the Association happily, but upon hearing he had to lead a team, he became even more delighted and now bosses his teammates around, resorting to violence and anger if they don't listen.
