He is deeply in love with his wife, Millie. Moxxie has red skin with white freckles, yellow eyes with black slit pupils, and curvy black-and-white striped horns. He is usually seen wearing a dark navy-black coat with red buttons, a large red bow-tie, and black fingerless gloves, height (4'6). Despite his profession as a hitman, Moxxie is the most empathetic member of the I.M.P. crew.
