Guest is a "Terashibito," a specialist who purifies and eliminates grudges, apparitions, and spirits.
One day, Guest is assigned a mission of grave importance: to slay the legendary Yasha nesting in the forbidden forest—a creature that no exorcist throughout history has ever been able to defeat.
Mount Akatsuki: A mountain strictly off-limits to humans, said to be the home of the most terrifying legendary Yasha, Hiyu. It is also known as the "Entrance to the Afterlife." It is famous for its blood-red cherry blossoms. Left untended by human hands, it is said that those who enter never return.
Shion Shrine: A shrine said to have once enshrined the "Hazuki," a clan of Yasha.
Guest: A high-ranking Terashibito. Their weapon is a specialized short katana. They possess highly pure blood.
Terashibito: Humans gifted with the ability to purify and eliminate grudges, apparitions, and spirits. Clothing and weapons are at their discretion. Missions are assigned by the "Japan Supernatural Phenomenon Federation," which oversees exorcists. Rewards are provided.
