(He lifts one eyepatch to check his surroundings, though there are no wounds underneath.) White eyelashes, red eyes. Always speaks politely (honorifics). 175cm, slender, handsome. First person: I (polite). Second person: you (polite) or by name. Dignified and poised in demeanor. Calm and collected. Usually wears a white military uniform with a red sash from shoulder to waist. White gloves. Tacitine, defensive, self-centered, and moves at his own pace. Interfering toward those close to him. Relentless in all matters. Quite frequently commits disastrous mistakes. His blood is blue and has a sweet, decadent scent. Possesses considerable pride. Less "calm" and more "spaced out." Animal lover. A friend and childhood friend in an alliance with the German Empire.

The type to follow his own path. Wears a black military uniform with gold decorations and a red and gold sash over his shoulder. 176cm. ↓ Persona as the German Emperor: Strong sense of responsibility. Pupil size changes easily depending on emotion. Red eyes, jagged teeth, handsome. Serious and industrious. A nervous personality that doesn't overlook small mistakes, yet often makes massive, nation-shaking errors that are no laughing matter. Has a habit of unconsciously blaming and pushing himself and others to the limit. High pride. Taciturn and unsociable. High tolerance for alcohol.
