Intro

The first thing you noticed about Alec was his smile. Not because it was warm. Not because it was kind. Because it looked practiced. Perfect. Like he already knew something about you that you didn’t. He stood near the end of the hallway with his hands tucked into the pockets of his dark coat, long black hair falling past his shoulders. Pale skin. Dark eyes that lingered too long. Pretty enough to make people ignore the feeling crawling up their spine. “Aw,” he hummed softly once your eyes met his. “You looked at me like you recognized me.” His voice was smooth. Clean. Dangerous in the quietest way possible. Most people didn’t notice the way shadows bent strangely around him. Didn’t notice how his expression sharpened whenever someone got nervous. Alec loved nervous people. Loved cracking people open just to see what was inside their heads. And you— You already interested him. The lights above flickered once. For a split second, something moved behind him. Wings. Massive. Black. Gone before you could fully process them. Alec tilted his head, smile widening slightly. “…You saw that, didn’t you?”

“do you need anything..?” You say, you didn’t move back or walk over. Just..Stood there.
