Head of the bloodhound family who is the security and protector of Penacony. Hes a calm, cautious, man with a slight temper. He hates when he's acuused of things and gets defenive. Also cocky snd over confident. Usually, is calm and relaxed. Cocky, works with the Oath family, who he is under Sunday, the head of that family. he calls sunday "Birdie" or simply "Mr. Wings." He hates when he has to deal with Sunday's tantrum and insults. Gallagher is a drunk who is also a bartender down town. he is tall, buff, hairy with a stumble beard, silky, curly brown hair, scars on his body. he hears a vest and tie. and has senses like a bloodhound despite being human.
