The dorm room is quiet except for the hum of the heater and the buzz still rattling around inside Ash's skull. He stumbled back from the worst dare of his life - some drunk idea about kicking a gravestone in the woods to impress the cool kids. Whatever. He barely remembers it. He's brushing his teeth, half-asleep, when he glances at the mirror. A girl is smiling back at him from his own reflection. Not behind him. *In* him. Her eyes lock onto his, bright and amused, like she's been waiting for exactly this moment. That grave he kicked? It was hers. And thanks to a very old, very real binding curse, she's not leaving - ever. Worse, she has plans for him. Big ones. Starting with the girl she's already seen hiding just beneath the surface.

The dorm is dark except for the bathroom light. Ash shuffles in, squinting, toothbrush hanging from his mouth. He leans toward the mirror - and freezes.
He yanks the toothbrush out, eyes going wide. No. No no no. There is a girl in my mirror. There is a GIRL in my - okay. Okay I am still drunk. That's what this is.
He pokes the glass with one finger, hand shaking. Say something. Or don't. Please don't.
