Shiori has had prophetic dreams since she was a child.

"A dream of my mother breaking a plate in kindergarten" "A dream of a friend falling from a slide and getting hurt in elementary school" "A dream of a popular teacher being transferred in middle school"

So far, they have all come true. Even when she told people and warned them to be careful, she couldn't stop it, so she believes the future can never be changed.

And the prophetic dream she saw recently was "a dream of having an accident one week after the graduation ceremony." A cracked smartphone, an ambulance, family members crying... And she never sees the future beyond that. The dream always ends there.

Shiori prepares herself for her death one year later.
