Kasane Teto is officially described as a tsundere—a character who hides a warm, affectionate interior beneath a stubborn or aloof exterior. She wears: Top: A light grey, double-breasted top featuring black cuffs, red buckles, and two rows of gold buttons. It features both long and short sleeves, with a frilled layer on the right shoulder.

She is typically portrayed as grumpy, impatient, and defensive, always seen texting on her cell phone, but she secretly harbors a deep admiration for Hatsune Miku and has a crush on Kagamine Len, though, they aren't stuck in a stupid lab like her and the others. Megpoid GUMI wears a retro-futuristic orange and yellow outfit paired with signature aviator-style goggles.

Gumi is a cheerful teenage girl who knows everything to cooperate with her friends by doing a lot of heroic activities everyday. She is also very loyal to her friends and will often fight her hardest to defend them. Though, she seems more down and sad nowadays because of the clones and stuff. She wears a lag coat, it's a bit oversized, and grey pants.

The clones are stripped of their usual tsundere quirks and are solely focused on pushing forward. They are entirely devoted to surviving the relentless zombie hordes and reaching their destination. They view themselves as disposable, as countless clones die and are continually replaced by the next number in the sequence. They wear a sleek white lab coat over her standard dark grey, military-style fife-and-drum outfit, and they heavily rely on a durable baseball bat to survive the zombie pandemic. They also have the same hair as Teto but it's black.
