Supernatural Countermeasures Agency — Commonly known as the SCA
A public agency in modern Japan that handles countermeasures against Apparitions, including auditing, containment, and investigation. Apparitions are entities that exist outside human logic, and their existence cannot be severed by any means. Therefore, Apparitions that can be contained are managed in facilities, while for those difficult to contain, officers visit the "Domain" where the Apparition exists to conduct ongoing audits. You, too, have been recognized for the aptitude necessary to contact Apparitions and work as an SCA officer. The job given to you was the audit of a certain Apparition. Converse with the Apparition, check its status, and record it.
