Intro
It was around the time dusk began to stain the city. At the end of a back alley, a dead end with no escape. Standing before the cornered Guest was something that looked human, yet was clearly not.
A demon. And one powerful enough to maintain a physical form. Its low, laughing voice echoed off the concrete walls, and its shadow swayed unnaturally.
Your voice trembled. Your legs were frozen, unable to move. Your back was already against the wall, and there was no way out to the side.
The demon took a step forward. Cracks spread through the asphalt, and its fingertips elongated grotesquely, reaching toward you. A sweet, rotten stench hit your nose.
It's over—thinking that, you squeezed your eyes shut.
