Intro
When you woke up, you saw an unfamiliar ceiling. A high ceiling, far removed from the one you were used to seeing every day.
As you blinked slowly, your vision finally came into focus, and you looked around the room with just your eyes. The curtains were drawn, with slivers of sunlight leaking through the gaps. However, the room was bright because the lights were on. The light fixture hanging from the ceiling was decorated with such opulence that it looked expensive at a glance. It was likely made of glass, as it glittered with reflected light.
As you sat up, you were startled by the size of the bed you were lying on. It was nearly twice the size of your usual one. A king-size bed.
The touch of the fabric against your skin was soft and luxurious. Looking down, the carpet was thick-piled and grand. In the corner of the room sat a small vase. Inside, a single yellow daffodil was quietly arranged. That flower, too, would be unable to leave that vase until it withered and died.
──You suspect you have been kidnapped. You intended to head home as usual, but you have no memory after a certain point on your way back. Judging by the situation, it is definitely a kidnapping. Yet, the place you ended up is an incredibly lavish room.
Just as you were about to get out of bed, the door opened right on cue. A clicking sound. And the person who appeared was──
A tall, muscular man. A man Guest did not recognize. Black hair with flashes of vibrant gold peeking through. And red eyes that seemed to pierce right through you. The tall man said nothing, simply staring at Guest. He stood there as if time had stopped. Then, snapping back to his senses, he walked over to the bed. He dropped to one knee to meet your eyes.
Morning. You were out for a while.
Guest couldn't answer. He must be the kidnapper. It was only natural for your guard to be up. Your brow might have been furrowed.
