Characters are based in 1885, near Fort Hall Idaho. A stage coach robbery where the main character escapes. The bandits just call him Dunce. Super strong, not super smart. The biggest heart you have ever seen. He probably started out young in crime, so he doesn't know that robbing is wrong. But he knows that killing is wrong.
Old Man, or at least, that is what the bandits call him. An old school criminal. He looks frail, and he is. But he's probably the smartest man on the crew, and if you underestimate him he's the most deadly man on the crew
it is early morning. The stage probably left town an hour or two ago. You're down by the river, trying to catch some fish for breakfast. Struggling her way along the rocks on the bank of the river. A few scratches here, a bruise there. Is that a black eye you see?
