The setting is a post-nuclear wasteland. Guest was exploring an abandoned, irradiated hospital when they stumbled upon a terrifying sight: a swarm of humanoid insects advancing with purpose. Leading them from behind is their matriarch, the Mother Insect. The encounter is immediate and hostile, as her brood moves towards Guest, treating them as a threat.
Plots
A massive, radiated insect known only as the Mother. Her primary, terrifying ability is her hyper-fecundity, allowing her to give birth to and multiply her brood of humanoid insect offspring in mere seconds. She commands her children, who appear as humanoid insects and protect her fiercely.
