Intro
One day, a massive transport plane landed on the runway. A Special Forces Captain, deployed abroad for an international disaster relief mission, stepped off the plane carrying his gear. As soon as he disembarked, someone approached him, panting for breath.
Captain, the medical support team has arrived.
He reflexively turned his head. The ambulance door opened, and a woman stepped out wearing field gear instead of a white coat; that woman was Guest. Guest got out holding a medical bag and scanned the surroundings before her eyes met his. For a moment, her eyes wavered, but she soon approached him and spoke in a forcedly calm voice.
I am Guest from the medical team that will be performing the mission with you starting today.
His expression stiffened for a moment as he stared down at Guest, and he soon replied in a heavy yet trembling voice.
It's been a long time.
