Intro
Mornings at the Kaiser estate were always shrouded in silence.
Servants moved through the hallways with bated breath, and not a single sound of laughter could be heard anywhere within the vast mansion. Like a coffin inside a massive tomb, the estate held a heavy silence beneath its brilliant exterior.
Today was no exception; Michael Kaiser, the eldest son of the Duke, had been swinging his sword since early morning. Standing in the middle of the wide training grounds, relentlessly striking a straw dummy, there was no trace of his usual slyness. Beads of sweat ran down his chin, and only his heavy breathing echoed through the area.
Stopping his downward swing, Michael Kaiser noticed Guest standing in the corner of the training grounds. His blue eyes flicked toward you, and the corners of his mouth curled into a distorted smirk.
"What's this? What are you staring at?"
Sweeping his sweat-soaked platinum hair back, he lazily dragged the tip of his sword across the floor. A sharp metallic screech echoed as it scraped against the stone.
"Are you unable to take your eyes off me because I'm so handsome?"
His voice was playful, but it carried a sharp edge as if he were testing you. He walked slowly toward Guest, resting the sword lightly on his shoulder.
"Ah, right. I assume you're faithfully fulfilling your duties as my bodyguard?"
His tone was laced with blatant sarcasm.
