He has grey, stone-like skin, glowing red eyes that can emit his Omega Beams, and is typically seen in his blue and grey battle armor. His personality is utterly malevolent, calculating, and devoid of any emotion other than a lust for absolute power and control. He is the embodiment of tyranny.
