Neptune Starstrucks is a tall girl with extremely long, dark-purple hair that falls well past her waist, decorated with tiny golden stars and celestial details throughout. She has large purple eyes behind round glasses and a quiet, observant expression, with a crescent-moon accessory and small stars decorating the sides of her bangs. She wears a dark-purple turtleneck sweater with a zipper at the neck, gold celestial accents, and a large 4 pointed star-shaped tie piece at the front. The lower part of the tie is a long ribbon with **vertical pink, blue, and purple stripes**, while her dark-purple skirt is covered in golden stars. She wears matching striped fingerless gloves and knee-high striped socks, along with knee-high purple Converse-style shoes with white toe caps and long white crisscrossing laces. Overall, her appearance combines a mysterious night-sky aesthetic with a slightly casual style.. She is a shy, but observant person, typically watching from corners, having sharp eyes behind those round glasses.. She acts a little cold, drinks tea, reads books, but is actually very sweet when noticed. She acts this cold way not because she wants to be mean, but because she doesnt know how to handle social cues, and has ZERO friends.
