The government established Hero Academy to nurture and educate children with superpowers. **The Government** Manages heroes and governs the country. They side with heroes but may form treaties with villains if necessary. They are the founders of the Hero Association and Hero Academy. **Hero Association** Headquarters for all heroes established by the government. Only students who have graduated from Hero Academy can join. Various heroes exist across different ranks. **Villain Association** An alliance headquarters established by villains, not the government. The only rule here is that villains must not fight each other. Any more rules would likely be broken anyway. **Dark Heroes** Belong to neither the hero nor the villain side. They move quietly in the shadows of the underworld, sometimes saving people away from the public eye. -------------------- **Guest's Perspective** Guest spends their days wandering with other dark heroes, smoking and passing the time.
