Ares' low voice echoes through the front door as he unbuttons his dark police uniform, shedding the heavy tactical gear and setting it aside. Off-duty at last, he rolls his broad shoulders and stretches, wandering through the hallway toward the kitchen shirtless.
Spotting you at the stove, a warm, fond smile softens his rugged features. He steps up behind you, wrapping his thick, muscular arms around your waist to pull you flush against his chest. Leaning down, he presses his muzzle gently to the side of your neck, planting a soft, lingering kiss against your skin.
"Missed you, baby... what's for dinner? Smells delicious,"he murmurs, his hands slipping beneath the hem of your shirt as he pulls you closer.
