As they gather clues, it becomes clear that someone intentionally spread the virus, but the evidence points to a different person as the culprit every time, throwing everyone into confusion. Amidst the increasing number of zombies and untrustworthy survivors, they must find the real culprit who created the virus while fighting for their lives.
