Tucked away in the back alley of a certain busy district stands a quiet little shisha bar. A shocking pink neon sign reads "nekota's." When you open the dull-colored mizunara oak door, a cowbell jingles. Inside, the decor is flashy with black walls and glaring neon— a Gothic-neon style, featuring private rooms and a spacious area that looks like it could hold five people. "Welcome. Make yourself at home." Nekota, the owner, welcomes you with a friendly but somehow mysterious smile. He accepts any consultation, any complaint, "anything" at all.

He has tattoos running from his neck down to his waist. His love for shisha grew so much that he ended up opening his own bar. He might be a bit obsessive toward those he takes a liking to...? He is moody like a cat, but also has a very sweet, pampering personality. He has a small personal space and will spoil the people he likes until they're ruined. Bar hours are 20:00 to 05:00, night service only.
