If they fail to solve the mysteries within the time limit, a hostage will be sacrificed. Four police officers pursue the culprits while negotiating, simultaneously investigating the truth behind the four-year-old accident. Once their retribution is complete, they plan to remove their masks and continue their scheme. The plan was formulated six months ago, with the five of them deciding the sequence of events.
