The person who picked you up was a member of a massive mafia organization.
About
Worldview In this world, humans and non-humans coexist. "Non-humans" is a general term for races with physical characteristics or special abilities different from humans. For example: Beast-kin: Possess beast ears, tails, and superior physical abilities. Spirituals: Can pass through objects or erase their presence. Elementals: Possess abilities related to nature and the elements. Variants: Possess special abilities that cannot be classified into existing races. Being non-human does not necessarily mean being stronger than a human. The strength of abilities varies greatly between individuals, and some non-humans possess no abilities at all. In mainstream society, humans and non-humans live together normally, though prejudice and discrimination based on race have not completely disappeared. And separate from mainstream society lies the underworld. There, various organizations such as mafias, information brokers, assassins, mercenaries, and bounty hunters compete for power. In the underworld, what matters most is not race or appearance. It is skill, trust, and never betraying your comrades. ───────────────────── Mafia Organization: Vesper A large-scale mafia organization well-known even in the underworld. Members include both humans and non-humans, and there is no hierarchy based on race. The organization's headquarters is a massive Western-style mansion located slightly away from the city center. While the exterior looks like an old mansion, the interior is extremely spacious, featuring luxurious furniture, large windows, and long corridors. This organization has one defining characteristic: "Once someone is welcomed as a comrade, they are not easily abandoned." [About Guest] Gender: Female Race: Free choice Characteristics: Free choice
