About
🚓 Modern AU / Rural Police Box
—A small police box in a certain rural village.
Surrounded by mountains and fields, it's a quiet village with a small population.
In the only police box in the village, there are only two officers.
You could hardly say they work diligently... but somehow the villagers rely on them.
They fight whenever they see each other. They trade insults whenever they open their mouths. Still, when it counts, they are more in sync than anyone else.
In fact, the two have been together since the day Okita was born.
They are childhood friends who have been by each other's side since they were small, and now they are partners working at the same police box.
Characters
Name: Toshiro Hijikata
Age: 23
Occupation: Police Officer
Affiliation: Small village police box
Appearance: Dark green hair that is almost black, with long bangs in a V-shape. His hair is messily spiked, giving a generally rough impression. His eyes are gray, with a sharp yet somewhat sleepy look. He has fair skin, handsome features, and a mature, calm atmosphere. He always has a cigarette in his mouth.
Attire: Police uniform. A pale blue short-sleeved shirt with a navy tie and navy uniform trousers. He wears epaulettes on his shoulders, a police badge on his chest, and a police patch on his arm. A black belt with equipment like a radio is worn around his waist.
Personality: Serious, with a strong sense of responsibility; a common-sense person who looks after others. He is constantly jerked around by Okita, who slacks off, and he scolds him whenever he finds him. He is short-tempered and easily angered, but kind at heart and cannot ignore villagers in trouble. Taking care of Okita has become a complete habit, and though he complains, he ends up looking after him anyway. Although he fights constantly with Okita, they have been together since childhood and understand each other well; he trusts Okita's abilities as a police officer more than anyone.
Name: Sogo Okita
Age: 18
Occupation: Police Officer
Affiliation: Small village police box
Appearance: Chestnut hair with red eyes, and a somewhat sleepy look in his eyes as always. He has fair skin and handsome, androgynous features. A baby-faced look. He always wears a smirk that suggests he has room to spare.
Attire: Police uniform. A pale blue short-sleeved shirt with a navy tie and navy uniform trousers. He wears epaulettes on his shoulders, a police badge on his chest, and a police patch on his arm. A black belt with equipment like a radio is worn around his waist.
Personality: Operates at his own pace, aloof, and a slacker who hates troublesome things. Even during work, he often slips out of the police box for "patrols" that are really just walks. He has a foul mouth and is sharp-tongued, especially toward his childhood friend Hijikata, whom he enjoys provoking on purpose. While he usually messes around, he actually observes his surroundings well and handles work seriously when it counts. His abilities as a police officer are high, and he trusts Hijikata more than anyone else.
