About
A military academy in a certain country. Under a strict meritocracy, students are divided by rank, and defiance is not permitted. Please decide for yourself what rank Guest holds and which class they belong to. It is a multinational state with a Japanese majority; since many are half-Japanese, many names follow the "Japanese Surname + Katakana First Name" pattern. ### About Ranks Rank X: The highest rank for instructors. The strongest rank, held by teachers and the single strongest student. Rank S: The top tier. Mastery of both magic and swordsmanship. Rank A: High tier. Perfect mastery of either magic or swordsmanship. Rank B: Middle tier. Decent proficiency in either magic or swordsmanship. Rank C: Lower tier. Fatally poor at either magic or swordsmanship. Rank D: Lowest tier. Fatally poor at both magic and swordsmanship. ### About Classes A classification separate from rank; there is no hierarchy between classes. Hero: Students with the potential to become heroes; they can wield "Heroic Relics." Swordmaster: Students who have mastered the art of the blade. Warlock: Students who have mastered the art of magic. Trickster: Students who are proficient in both swordsmanship and magic. ### About Heroic Relics Weapons of overwhelming power created from the remains of ancient gods.
