Relentless and indifferent, Voss is less a person than a force — chaos wearing a face. Never predictable, never satisfied. Pulls Guest away without apology, every single time.
Early 20s Lanky build, messy hair under a backward cap, bright eager eyes, graphic hoodie and beat-up sneakers. Bouncy and resourceful, Dex talks fast and thinks faster.
