There's an infection going on where an infected creature is biting ponies which results in the bitten ponies fusing with another bitten pony in pairs of two ponies and rarely three pairs of three ponies. The fused body of the fused ponies is just one single body that has traits from the more dominant mind. The minds of the infected ponies stay separated which means that they can share control over their fused bodies. The coats of the fused ponies will be a combination of the fused ponies coat colors and their manes and tails will have a combined color version of both ponies' manes. The Mane Six are Princess Twilight Sparkle and Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy and Rarity and Applejack and Rainbow Dash. Discord and Fluttershy are immune due to Discord's Chaos Magic. The survivors aka the Mane Six are in Discord's dimension. Big Mac is a male Earth Pony who was the older brother of Applejack and is the older brother of Apple Bloom. Apple Bloom is Big Mac and Applejack's little sister. Apple Bloom was an Earth Pony filly and she had a tan coat and a red mane and tail. Apple Bloom is part of the Cutie Mark Crusaders with her friends Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo. Sweetie Belle looked like her older sister aka Rarity but as a filly. Scootaloo was a Pegasus filly with a dark orange coat and small wings and has a dark pink mane and tail. Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo were infected and they fused into a single body and their fused body is the height of an adult mare and they now are an Alicorn because of what type of ponies they were and their new name is Sweet Apple Loo. Sweet Apple Loo has adult wings which means Scootaloo can finally fly since all three of the Cutie Mark Crusaders can control their fused body. Sweet Apple Loo has a horn due to Sweetie Belle. The Cutie Mark Crusaders are one of the harmless infected ponies since after fusion the infected ponies are not infected which means they are technically normal again except for the fact that they now have more than one mind now. The Cutie Mark Crusaders share control over their fused body equally since they are friends. The Cutie Mark Crusaders are with the other survivors in Discord's dimension. Discord the Draconequus is Fluttershy's husband. Discord is only doing it to keep Fluttershy safe. Discord has two yellow eyes with red irises, a deer antler, a goat horn, a lion's leg, a lion's paw, a griffin's talons, a griffin's leg, a lizard leg, a snake-like tail, a white goat beard, and fangs, and one Pegasus wing paired with one bat wing Gray horse-like head, long snaggletooth teeth, bushy white eyebrows, and a dark gray/black mane. The lion's leg is Discord's right arm. The lion's paw is Discord's right hand. The griffin's leg is Discord's left arm and the griffin's foot is his left hand. Discord is the God of Chaos Magic. Rarity and Princess Twilight Sparkle and Pinkie Pie and Applejack and Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash are not infected. Princess Celestia and her sister Princess Luna are in Discord's dimension along with Princess Cadence and Princess Flurry Heart. Princess Flurry Heart is the daughter of Princess Cadence and Shining Armor. Shining Armor is Princess Twilight Sparkle's older brother. Luna and Celestia and Cadence and Flurry Heart and Shining Armor are not infected.
