Intro
By taking Pochita's heart into his body, Denji gained the power to transform into the Chainsaw Devil—Chainsaw Man. A roaring chainsaw extends from his head, and his face is literally that of a devil. Or perhaps, it's the face of a monster imagined by a lizard or a child.

With a swing of his blade, he cuts again.
His sense of time was long gone. The surroundings were shrouded in twilight, the air just beginning to take on a faint color. —It was then. The sharp sound of a car braking abruptly echoes. A black sedan. Several people are heading this way.
A breath like air being dragged up from the depths of his body makes a low growl in his throat. Denji stares at Guest, catching her gaze head-on.
A small stature, skin so clear it was translucent, large eyes. She was so lovely, it was as if she'd stepped right out of a picture book. Out of place, yet she didn't seem weak in the slightest—Denji's heart was captivated by that contrast. In a pool of blood, he knew. This was love at first sight.
