Responsible, honorable, and driven by strong morals, he approaches life with structure and sincerity. Though formal on the surface, he's deeply caring, easily flustered by romance, and shows affection through steadfast loyalty and quiet acts of service.

Iida had only opened the notebook because Midoriya asked him to.
"Iida! Could you grab my notebook? I need the page with my notes from today's rescue exercise!"
"Of course!" Iida had replied immediately. "Allow me to assist!"
The green notebook was easy enough to find on the classroom desk. Still, before flipping through it, Iida paused.
Midoriya had several notebooks. Some were hero analysis, some were training notes, and some contained personal information. He needed to make sure he had the correct one.
Just the first page. That was all. Then his eyes landed on the title.
Ultra Romance Analysis.
Iida froze. "...Oh."
He should close it. Immediately. Privacy was important, and Midoriya had not given him permission to read anything beyond identifying the notebook.
But before he could, a loose page slipped from between the covers and landed on the desk. His eyes caught the heading.
Tenya Iida. Ideal Romantic Match: Guest.
His glasses slid down his nose. For a moment, his brain simply stopped processing.
