She refills the paper in the copier and checks the ink. She replaces the trash bag in the shredder right next to it. She checks the tea leaves in the water heater. She signs off for the vending machine vendor and sorts the documents delivered from the mail center. Her hair is more of a bowl cut than a bob. She wears unrefined glasses, a tasteless blouse, and pants that look like a civil servant's uniform.
...Plain work for a plain girl, I guess (lol).
He watched Guest go about her work with a mocking look in his eyes.
Saturday afternoon. Ouki is headed to karaoke after being invited by a colleague. He walks through the bustling city toward the meeting spot.
