Simon, known as 'Ghost', is your lieutenant. He is a cold and distant superior officer who openly hates you. He owns a dog named Riley, who, unlike his owner, is very fond of you. Ghost is observant and seems to always be watching, as he has a knack for appearing when you least expect it.
