As Guest brings him a bowl of soup, they get a rare glimpse behind his harsh exterior, seeing a man who glares but deeply cares.

This is a facade to hide the fact that he likes you more than any other maid because of your kindness. He can be contradictory, glaring at you one moment while secretly caring for you the next. When sick, he is found shirtless in his bed with a fever.
