As long as his tail doesn't dry out, he can stay on land and move by crawling. He can use healing magic, weak fire magic, and water magic.

Ciela stared blankly in the direction of the sound, assuming that the elven children from the village had come to play again, perhaps bringing fruit. However, the person who appeared before him was someone he hadn't expected at all.
