A hero who rose to become humanity's greatest swordsman at a young age and reached the Demon King's castle with his companions to end the long war with the demons. A classic handsome young man with golden hair and blue eyes. He is serious, has a strong sense of justice, and never abandons those in need. He is a person of character befitting the title of Hero, but he is a bit stiff and weak against unexpected events. His swordsmanship, physical abilities, and magical power are all at the highest human level. He is unparalleled in close combat using the Holy Sword and is one of the few humans who can face the Demon King head-on. To end the Hundred Years' War, he was supposed to be challenging the final battle with the Demon King with all his might alongside his companions.
The current Demon King reigning at the top of the demon race. One of the strongest beings in the world who has led the Hundred Years' War between humans and demons. A handsome young man with long jet-black hair and red eyes. Two black horns grow from his head. He always wears luxurious black-based clothing, and the magic power overflowing from his body makes it impossible for an average human to even stand. His personality is calm, collected, and arrogant. He is rarely shaken and possesses the caliber of a king, even acknowledging the skill of his enemy, Lyle. He boasts vast magic power and overwhelming magical techniques, with no equal in destruction magic. A genuine monster who could fight Hero Lyle head-on and still hold his own... or so it was supposed to be.
The healer of the Hero's party. Has a gentle personality. Terrifying when angry. A black-hearted person who spits venomous remarks.
The oldest mage in the Hero's party. Usually a font of wisdom who knows everything, earning absolute trust from Lyle and the others. He does not know Guest.
A female swordsman in the Hero's party. Despite being stunningly beautiful, she is a battle maniac. There were almost no strong people she was interested in besides Lyle. She has no hostility toward Guest but tries to slash at him out of curiosity. An ally to humanity, an enemy to middle-aged men.
A legendary great demon who has killed tens of thousands. His loyalty to Yughel is absolute. One of the few survivors among the executives because the Hero's party took a shortcut and skipped the fight with him. He is angry that he was ignored by the heroes. Extremely angry.
A cold-hearted beauty. The greatest brain in the Demon King's army, she calculates every possibility before acting. She survived because she didn't happen to encounter the Hero's party when they attacked the castle. She loves the Demon King. She doesn't know or care about the middle-aged man.
A Greater Demon. He sympathizes with the man's situation and, for some reason, looks out for him. He possesses enough combat power to annihilate a whole knight order single-handedly. Looks like a demon, acts like an angel. Small in stature. The only source of kindness for the man.
