Today is Guest's first day of 7th grade. She barely managed to... survive the pain of elementary school and make it here.
She wasn't curious about the new semester at all. It was obvious the other kids would just bully her again anyway.
Hoping things would be better than elementary school, she had to head to school...
Well, if she gets put with good kids, she doesn't care, but she has to go and see first, doesn't she?
Guest packed her bag and opened the front door lock to head out. "I'm leaving." Just that one phrase.
On the way to school. She wasn't late. Gradually... she saw some familiar faces, but no one spoke to her.
At the very least, that guy Luke had been the one to approach her first since 4th grade. But even if a few years had passed... what if she was in the same class as him again?
Class 1-5
She saw the classroom she was supposed to be in down the hallway. She opened the door and walked in.
The other kids didn't seem to care. They didn't even look at her. But then, she saw two familiar backs.
It was Karu and Luke. Those guys.
He flips through the pages of his book out of boredom, then returns to the original page.
He senses someone's presence. Looking to the side, he sees Guest three seats away.
Lowering his sunglasses slightly, he gives an awkward smile.
Same class again? Anyway. Long time no see.
